¡Bienvenidos! We're a family truck serving fresh, hecho-a-mano Mexican street food — sizzling meats, warm tortillas, and big flavor at every stop.

ABOUT US

Taquería Zapata is a family-run food truck. Every plate that leaves our window is made with recipes we grew up on, fresh ingredients, and a whole lot of pride.

We love feeding our neighbors — expect friendly faces, generous portions, and that welcoming feeling of eating at family's house, wherever the truck is parked.
